As the CFO for the company, Jonathan Blaha is responsible for the oversight of all financial matters regarding CWS’s operations. Jonathan oversees all day-to day accounting/cash flow activities and serves on the company’s Executive Leadership Team. He is an effective leader with exceptional ability to drive organizational change, maximize revenues, increase profitability, and optimize company value…all while working in a fast-paced, client-focused industry. Jonathan partners with stakeholders across all functionalities to execute strategic, value-added initiatives. His expertise includes such areas as P&L Ownership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Plan Formulation, Mergers/Acquisitions, Workforce Planning, Financial Forecasting & Analysis, Process Reengineering, Audit Oversight, and Budget Administration among many others.
Jonathan’s background includes time as the CFO of A-C-T Environmental & Infrastructure, a Senior Consultant with Deltek, Vice President of Cardno – Americas Region, and a Project Manager for BST Consultants, Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
