Employment Benefits for Existing and New Employees — CWS offers the following employment options to all employees:
- All employees of the existing system will be offered employment with CWS.
- Employee becomes CWS employees and will be paid by CWS.
- We will provide management, additional staff (if needed) and leadership.
- Employment is contingent upon passing physical and drug test.

Training
- We will provide in-house training for all employees.
- Existing employees know their system better than we do and we will depend on their expertise.
