Employment Benefits For Existing and New Employees

ClearWater offers the following employment options to all employees.

EXISTING EMPLOYEES


  • All employees of existing system will be offered employment with CWS. 

  • Employee becomes CWS employees and will be paid by CWS. 
 

  • We will provide management, additional staff (if needed) and leadership. 

  • Employment is contingent upon passing physical and drug test.

ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES


  • Management

  • Project Manager, Safety Director, Area Manager

BONUS PROGRAM


  • Available for employees who perform well. Eligibility is based on safety, operational and financial status.

TRAINING


  • We will provide in house training for all employees.
  • Existing employees know their system better than we do and we will depend on their expertise.


PROFESSIONALISM SAFETY PRACTICES

  • We fall under all OSHA safety regulations. 

  • Provide training, equipment and gear (boots, glasses, etc).
